Creamy Spinach Artichoke
This creamy spinach artichoke dip is the kind of appetizer that quietly steals the spotlight at any gathering. Rich, cheesy, and deeply savory, it balances tender spinach and hearty artichokes with layers of garlicky, herbed flavor that feel indulgent without being heavy.

Serves: 8–12 persons
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10-ounce package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces (½ of a bottle) of Brick House Creamy Garlic Herb dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces (½ of a package) of cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons of small diced jalapeño pepper
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Sauté minced garlic in coconut oil or grape seed oil until tender.
- Add the thawed, drained spinach to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the drained, chopped artichoke hearts to the pan and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to a small baking dish (8” x 8”) and add 1/2 bottle (6 ounces) of Creamy Garlic Herb dressing and the cheeses, and mix thoroughly. *Add the diced jalapeños or crushed red pepper at this point if you like.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm with pita chips, crackers or veggies.
