- 1 can black beans (drain & rinse)
- 1 large tomato (chopped)
- 1 Poblano Pepper (chopped) *optional for more heat
- 1 Spanish onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Avocado Lime vinaigrette
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
Serves: 8-10 People
