Ingredients:
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- ⅓ cup strawberries, halved
- ¼ cup candied walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup Raspberry Champagne vinaigrette
Total Time: 10 minutes
Procedure:
- Set out a large bowl.
- Add baby spinach, arugula, feta cheese, berries and candied walnuts to bowl and toss.
